SMS privacy policy

KEYBRDIST INC operates the RECON event-notification SMS program. This policy covers that SMS program; email signup is handled separately through Promoly.

Information used for texts

If you subscribe when signup opens, we collect your mobile number, signup and consent records, messages you send to the program, unsubscribe requests, and message-delivery records. We use these to send RECON event notifications, provide help, honor opt-outs, and operate the program.

Sharing

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

We use Telnyx for message delivery and Cloudflare for hosting. Service providers may process information needed to operate the program. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with other brands for their marketing.

Your choices

Reply STOP to stop texts. Contact shoebox@dnbradio.com for access, correction, deletion, or help. We keep a minimal suppression record to avoid texting an opted-out number again unless it provides fresh consent.

We keep consent and delivery records as needed to run the program and address disputes or applicable obligations. SMS is not a secure channel for sensitive information. Please do not send financial details or identity documents.
