SMS terms

RECON event notifications are operated by KEYBRDIST INC.

Joining the program

When signup opens, text RECON to the program number shown on Text alerts, then reply YES to confirm. Your consent covers RECON promotional event announcements, ticket links, and reminders. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Costs and availability

Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is for US mobile numbers. Use the website for current event details.

Stopping texts and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive an opt-out confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or contact shoebox@dnbradio.com. To rejoin after opting out, follow the signup instructions again and provide fresh consent; unblocking a number alone does not subscribe you.

Privacy and changes

Read the SMS privacy policy. We may update these terms; material changes to what you consented to require renewed consent.
